Giada started practicing yoga in 1997, immersed herself into the practice and shortly after completed a teacher training at Om Yoga in 2000. Since then she has studied with many wonderful teachers including Sri Patabi Jois, John Friend, Genny Kapuler, Cyndi Lee, Alan Finger and Elena Brower. In 2004 she completed her pilates mat certification with Kelly Kane at the Kane school of Core Integration and in 2007 began practicing Alexander Technique with Anne Waxman. In addition, she holds a prenatal yoga certification through Janice Clarfield.



Yoga & Pilates Fusion Workouts
A fusion of yoga and pilates. These classes blend the sculpting and toning exercises from a traditional pilates practice with the stretchy, breathy and juicy flow of vinyasa yoga. The best of both worlds!
